I like to talk. Whether it’s a formal event or in line at the grocery store, talking with people teaches me more about how the world and its people think. My favorite topics to discuss at an event are employee engagement, building corporate culture, diversity and inclusion, and critical thinking.

Words are my friend. I believe the rhetoric we use as a society has the power to help build strong leaders in our community or work. I research and write about topics to break down complex discussions of leadership and culture for your audience. I write about topics such as culture, engagement, critical thinking, and spirit.
